With over 2.6 million pieces of English-language content alone, Microsoft Docs is one of the largest documentation sites in the world. From technical documentation to code samples, training resources to community forums, Docs has grown exponentially over the past five years. 

However, Microsoft’s information architecture and metadata has not always been able to keep pace. Using PoolParty, the Information Architecture team at Microsoft Docs has been able to modernize their taxonomy management capabilities and give meaning to a complex information environment.
